Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard).  Payment data is securely transmitted using SSL technology, and credit card payments are securely processed using ePDQ. We also accept payment via PayPal if you that’s what you prefer.  If you would like to send in a cheque, we can deal with that too!  All options are available at the Checkout.

Shipping Policy

We usually ship your order on the next business day, but guarantee shipping within 3 business days. All physical orders are shipped with Royal Mail, which takes 2-3 days to deliver according to their website. We do not insure orders & are not responsible for items that are confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail. Delivery issues should be handled through Royal Mail, however, if you are not sure of the status of your delivery or have reason to believe that we have made a mistake, please contact us at  Virtual orders (for files or PDFs) are sent at the time of order or shortly after.  Please ensure your email details are correct and that you check your trash/spam folders before contacting us on non-delivery.

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

If the condition of your order is not as expected (damaged), we offer a full refund within 10 days of delivery. Proof of damage (picture) is required. To initiate a refund, send an email to with the word “refund” in the subject.
